Do I need to give you my NIC portal password?+
No. E-way bill API access uses separate API credentials that you create on the NIC portal under your GSTIN. We guide you through it in the first ten minutes. Your portal password stays with you.
What counts as one e-way bill tracked?+
One e-way bill number under your GSTIN or Transporter ID that we track in a month. Extend it, update Part B or cancel it as many times as you like; those actions are not counted.
Can I bring my own GSP?+
You don't need to. We are connected through an authorised GSP and handle the plumbing. If you have an existing GSP contract on Enterprise, we can route through it.
Do you support transporters who don't own the goods?+
Yes. That is the main use case. Bills made by your customers land in your account through your Transporter ID, and you extend and update Part B from there.
